Means of various mechanism of action enter into this group.
Allopyrinolum influences process of formation of uric acid and the corresponding concrements. Aethamidum brakes a reabsorption of uric acid in renal tubules. Some drugs (Urodanum, Magurlitum, Blemarenum, etc.) shift rn urine in the alkaline party and promote dissolution of concrements. A number of means of plant origin has partly spasmolytic effect on unstriated muscles of an ureter and, besides, strengthens a diuresis. Otkhozhdeniya of concrements also "usual" antispasmodics can promote (a papaverine, Nospanum, Diprophenum, etc.). At the spasms of an ureter which are followed by pains, spasmolysants are appointed usually in combination with analgetika (analginum, Promedolum, etc.; see also Baralginum). Relax unstriated muscles of ureters and also antagonists of calcium ions facilitate an otkhozhdeniye of concrements.
The drug applied earlier as antigouty and bile-expelling means phenoquin (quinophan) in connection with high toxicity and insufficient efficiency is excluded from the nomenclature of medicines.
