The pulmonology is the section of medicine which is engaged in studying diseases of lungs and airways. The pulmonology has other name "chest medicine" or "respiratory medicine". This section of medicine is engaged with patients whose clinical condition demands artificial ventilation of the lungs. Often experts in the field of cardiothoracic or thoracic surgery perform operations on airways. The section of pulmonology includes such diseases as a SARS, ORZ, flu, pleurisy, bronchitis, cough, hobl and many other things. The gastroenterology is a section of medicine which is engaged in studying digestive system. Also the gastroenterology finds out the reasons of formation of diseases of the digestive system. The science gastroenterology tries to look for new ways of prevention and treatment. The section of gastroenterology includes diseases, such as gastritis, stomach ulcer, heartburn, nausea, cholecystitis, ulcer colitis, hepatitis, cirrhosis, etc. All these diseases it is necessary to treat in medical ucherezhdeniye. The science about diseases of a cardiovascular system is called cardiology. The main task of cardiology is prevention, study and treatment of diseases of a cardiovascular system. The structure of cardiovascular diseases included such diseases as the coronary heart disease (CHD), a myocardial infarction, atherosclerosis, a faint, tachycardia, myocarditis, disturbance of a heart rhythm, a hypertension, heart failure, etc. The causes of heart diseases are different. Everything depends on lifestyle of the person. The constant aspiration to comfortable life gradually weakens our organism. In spite of the fact that presently the person has to move much, everything really happens on the contrary. Muscles of the person long time are in a quiet state. Muscles have to receive moderate physical activity. Without getting the necessary support, heart weakens, and vessels lose the funutsionalnost. Further there is an excess weight which becomes the worst enemy of action of the heart. Because of excess weight the atherosclerosis develops.
To avoid the beginning of development of heart troubles, it is necessary to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Any drug that works by blocking the "muscarinic" ACh Receptor sites will block the parasympathetic actions on the visceral organs. This allows the sympathetic autonomic motorneurons to exert the dominant effect ON THE VISCERAL ORGANS.
IN ADDITION, any drug that works by blocking the "muscarinic" ACh Receptor sites will ALSO BLOCK THE ACTION OF ACh IN THE CNS (BRAIN). In the CNS, ACh is primarily EXCITATORY. This causes an overall decrease in electrical activity in the Brain, causing drowsiness & lethargy.
YES; on the surface it looks a paradox: "Stress state" on the VISCERAL ORGANS (peripheral action), but drowsiness in the Brain (central action)!
BUT it is all based on blocking the muscarinic ACh Receptor sites: (1) on the visceral organs and (2), in the Brain.
Thus, drugs that block muscarinic ACh Receptor sites, like atropine, or many drugs with "atropine-like" actions (including Antihistamines) cause CENTRAL sedation (drowsiness) and are even used to slow-down electrical activity in the Vestibular (Balance) Reflex Center and Vomiting Reflex Center and are prescribed to reduce "motion sickness" (such as meclizine & cyclizine.)
