Obesity - an adiposity, increase in body weight at the expense of fatty tissue. Fatty tissue can be deposited both in places of physiological deposits, and in mammary glands, hips, a stomach.

Obesity is divided into degrees (by amount of fatty tissue) and into types (depending on the reasons which led to its development). Obesity leads to the increased risk of developing of diabetes, hypertension and other diseases connected with existence of excess weight. The reasons of surplus of weight also influence distribution of fatty tissue, characteristic of fatty tissue (softness, elasticity, percent of content of liquid) and also presence or lack of changes of skin (stretchings, enlarged pores, so-called<целлюлит>).

Classification of obesity:

The central obesity is called the surplus of fat deposits around a stomach. The central obesity is considered the most dangerous type of obesity and, according to the statistics, is connected with the increased risk of heart diseases, supertension and diabetes.
The patient is considered sick central obesity if the waist measurement relation to the volume of hips exceeds 0.9 for women or 1 for men.

Beer stomach is called the surplus of fat deposits around a stomach while in other parts of a body of fat deposits it is not enough. The beer stomach, for the reasons which are not found out up to the end, meets at the people consuming a lot of beer more often. However there are also nondrinkers with a beer stomach.

Pathological types of obesity , as a rule, are connected with the disturbances in the endocrine system of the person leading to lipometabolism disturbances.


Obesity can develop as a result :

- disturbances of balance between the eaten food and the spent energy, that is the increased receipt of food and the cut power consumption;
- obesity not of endocrine pathology develops because of disturbances in the systems of a pancreas, liver, thin and thick intestines;
- genetic disorders.

Julio Cesar A Miranda: Quero agradecer a vc e seus vídeos, pois já perdi 21 quilos e vou perder 19 quilos, mas não estou fazendo como no passado, tenho focado na perda de medidas e no defacti calórico, tem sido mais lento, entretanto tem sido mais real e verdadeiro, sem loucura, sem pressa, perda real e verdadeira. Deidy Costa: Leandro, mudou o protocolo em relação a gordura e carboidrato? Antes se mantinha as gorduras em 0,8g/kg e reduzida 0,2g/kg de carboidrato por semana.

Fábio Alexandre: Eu pesava 82kg.. fiz 1 ano e meio de jejum intermitente e cheguei a pesar 65kg.. tenho 1,78 fiz reeducação alimentar, dei uma segurada nas bebedeiras no fim de semana.. o resultado veio.. teve época que eu estava perdendo 1kg por semana.. só que.. durante esse tempo, não fiz nenhum exercicio.. (sim, perdi peso só mudando minha alimentação) então acho que perdi muita massa magra também.. Depois que cheguei nos 65kg, comecei a fazer musculação e praticar corrida.. fiquei 1 ano participando de provas (corrida) E isso me deixou mais focado ainda na dieta e nos treinos... Fui me pesar e percebi que fui ganhando "peso" aos poucos.. mas esse peso era massa pois estava treinando. Hoje em dia consigo manter meus 70kg, e digo que meu corpo está bem melhor do que quando eu estava com 65.. Não tive rebote nenhum pois consegui encontrar o "equilibrio" alimentar.. meu único arrependimento foi não ter começado a praticar exercicios mais cedo..

Ana Júlia Scislovski: Vai fazer quase um ano que eu estava nessa jornada do rebote, testei várias dietas. Fiz muito jejum intermitente com a dieta cetogênica, há um tempo eu comia uma vez no dia (um punhadinho de repolho cru) e já entrava em jejum, fazia exercícios físicos e bebia muita água. Porém percebi que estava perdendo muito bumbum e a barriga quase nada e foi aí que comecei a estudar mais. Já fiz uma dieta que consumia 400 calorias por dia também, mas focava só nas proteínas. Advinha? Rebote. Agora com os vídeos desse nutri maravilhoso, estou em uma dieta saudável e conseguindo manter muitoo tranquilamente, é claro que tenho vontade as vezes mas nada assustador.
